Millerton Lake Weekend 2014

FSC Annual Millerton Lake Wacky Water Weekend

June 27 - 29, 2014 Gear up for as much fun as you can have, be it by land or by sea at our Millerton Lake Wacky Water Weekend! Have some fun in the sun with family and friends or enjoy a truly relaxing time with family. Make some new friends or catch up with the old ones as we eat, drink, and apply sunscreen. Toss a football or a Frisbee, or play corn hole in camp. Do you like to water ski, Jet Ski or want to learn how? Try a few turns on a single ski or surf the wake behind Jesse and Bonnie’s Big Kahuna Wake boat. There are plenty of boats to drag you around the lake. Last year’s lunch on the lake went so well we are repeating the act, that way we do not have to “pull up the anchor” and head for the beach just to turn around and go out again. That said if you are planning to join in on the fun Saturday, be sure to be ready to shove off by 10:00 am (following breakfast). If you do not have an RV, just bring a tent, sleeping bag and pillow along with your smiling face and a positive can do attitude. Cost options for event: 1) The “I’m all in up to my chin” option. $70 per person Includes: Campsite (RV or tent) for both Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday lunch on the lake and Saturday night dinner 2) The “I’m feeling like an extra night under the stars on the shore line” option. $44 per RV site Thursday night 3) The “my idea of camping is slow room service in the hotel, but I’d love to hang on a boat or play on the lake” option. $30 per person Includes: Saturday lunch, dinner and a play day (please be ready to disembark by 10:00 am) (All Non-members will be an additional $5 per person per above option) Have questions or need more information, please contact Richard Stewart, trip chair (559) 906-2997, Vikki Tory, co-chair, (559) 906-7573 or Brian Haskins, Director of Summer Activities (559) 977-8832. Sign up on-line now or by Snail Mail: Make checks payable to FSC. Mail to: Richard Stewart S/M Millerton 556 Moody Ave, Clovis, CA 93619 Or Vikki Tory S/M Millerton 458 W Dennis Dr. Clovis, CA 93612
